Boehler’s Greenhouse warranties plants being offered for sale to be in a healthy growing condition and to be free of disease and insects. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide proper care of plants following purchase i.e. proper watering‚ correct amounts of sun exposure and insect control.

Boehler’s will warranty shrubs and trees for one year from the date of purchase. Boehler’s will accept returns of these items provided you have the original receipt and plant (dead or alive). Upon inspection and verification by an employee of Boehler’s, it will be replaced or a gift card will be issued for the purchase price. Replacement plants are not warranteed. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
